Debee Network Limit only provides services to you after you agree to this agreement. This agreement is signed under the commercial law permitted globally and domestically. Any use of services provided by Debee Network Limit implies that you have acknowledged and agreed to the following terms of service.
1. Applicable Laws When Using Our Services
- Please comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, the laws and regulations of the location where your service node is located, and relevant international laws, and use our services legally.
- This site only provides neutral telecommunications and network services, and bears no legal liability for any legal issues arising from users' personal behaviors.
2. Regulations and Restrictions When Using Our Services

The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension without refund or any opportunity for appeal once verified:
- Using our services for money laundering activities;
- Using our services to send spam (SPAM);
- Using our services to forward attack traffic;
- Any form of unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including websites/services;
- Unauthorized interference with any user's services, hosts, or networks;
- Introducing malicious software into the network or servers (e.g., viruses and worms), including websites/services;
- Circumventing user and security authentication of any host, network, or account;
- Using our services to endanger security or other websites;
- Spreading illegal information;
- Engaging in illegal transactions;
- Using web crawlers or scrapers;
- Excessive activity requests;
- Conducting unauthorized port scanning or network probing;
- Infringing upon others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Privacy and Data
- Log Policy: We do not retain user activity logs, but to ensure the normal operation of services, some basic connection logs may be collected. These logs are automatically deleted after a short period.
- Data Protection: We commit to taking reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your personal information.
4. Price Changes
- The price of the subscription service you pay for will not change within a certain period. We reserve the right to change the prices of Debee Network Limit services at any time without notice and the right to modify the amount of resources provided to users.
5. Service Availability and Maintenance
- We strive to provide 99.9% service availability, but service interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure cannot be ruled out.
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified to users in advance; emergency maintenance may not be notified in advance.
6. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of service activation, if the service cannot be used normally due to our reasons, a full refund can be requested.
- No refund will be provided for services terminated due to user violation of these terms of service.
- Used resources such as traffic and duration are not eligible for refunds.

Any third-party modified versions of this agreement are considered invalid.
If you do not review this agreement regularly, you assume responsibility for overlooking any changes to this agreement. You have the right to view this revised version at any time. Debee Network Limit assumes no responsibility for your failure to review the changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Under no circumstances shall Debee Network Limit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the relevant service.
9. Service Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and service access at any time, especially in cases where you violate these terms of service.
- You may request service termination at any time by contacting our customer service team.
10. Dispute Resolution
- The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration.
